Are you a cartoonist under 30? Potentially the best cartoonist under 30 in the UK? Make sure to enter the Young Cartoonist Awards 2023 and be in with a chance to win £250 before 5th January.
The competition awards two age categories – U18 and U30, plus a special prize given to the most surreal cartoon, the ‘Woodcock Prize’, which is given in memory of the late surrealist cartoonist Kevin Woodcock.
The Young Cartoonist Awards are open to anyone under the age of 30 who is resident in the UK. The Cartoon Museum are accepting submissions of pocket (gag) cartoons, political cartoons and short strip cartoons. They are looking for a wide range of cartoonists from different regions within the UK, and with different backgrounds.
