New books from ComicScene

Phase 3 of the History of Comics will be available from 13th April. The books include 1966, 1972, 1989 and 1982. 1982 features several articles on Warrior magazine, the Apocalypse War (currently being revisited in the Citadel in 2000AD) and a new interview with Barrie Tomlinson and Ian Kennedy on new Eagle by Phillip Vaughan.

The books are £10.99 each but there are ten sets up for grabs as part of the top ATOMIC Crowdfunder. ComicScene are testing the new crowdfunding platform.

Also available in store is the Best of ComicScene Batman Special. Featuring all the articles about Batman that appeared in ComicScene magazine this is a 40 page history of the Dark Knights 80 year career as the Caped Crusader.

ComicScene has also been working on a local history comic.

The Kirknewton Story will be delivered FREE to every household in Kirknewton.
