To celebrate the 730th anniversary of the historical friendship between Scotland and France, let’s launch the first edition of our Auld Alliance Comics Festival !
Talented french comics artist Elizabeth Holleville will be one of our Guests of Honor and has realised this amazing poster. She’ll be accompanied by 3 other prestigious scottish and french artists : Kate Charlesworth, James Albon and Alfred.
We will also welcome an Artists Alley, with some of the most creators and scottish publishers ; two exhibitions including one dedicated to the iconic comics magazine Glasgow Looking Glass ; a workshop and a Live Drawing Concert with Alfred that is truly not to be missed.
So join us, the 5th and 6th July, in the beautiful building of our partner the French Institut of Scotland.
