With comic shop distribution in turmoil, WHSmith High Street shops being axed and digital, such as Dark Horse comics, not getting traction to be sustainable the future seems bleak for comic fans to get their comics.
Kickstarter is bucking the trend with comic fans supporting comics they want to read by investing in them. There is also the chance to get to some exclusive goodies for the collector.
