Tony Aloysius Amis on Ian Gibson’s Lifeboat

This is a Kickstarter I will treasure. From the lovely foreward from John Wagner to the in the works sketches it’s a thing of beauty put together by The 77. Ian hasn’t been well but still engages with his fans with daily sketches all in his unique style.

This comic book has echoes of Halo Jones in the main character and is a great read from cover to cover, Ian’s work shines through. It’s a shame as it is an unfinished story but what’s presented here is a gift to comics fans and Ian’s fans.
