You pay one annual subscription fee and can read over £500 worth of comics absolutely free wherever you are in the world.
To celebrate #smallpressday 2023 £10 of every new membership will go to the comic creators of your choice who feature in the library. They will also get £10 every time you renew your membership every year. ComicScene’s Tony Foster said today, “We’ve been working towards this for a while. Creators get more for their old and new titles via the digital library than from shops and even their own stores. Comic Readers get more for their money. The payment to the creator of your choice will be yearly every time you renew your subscription. If you like a digital comic you can get it directly in print from the creator. Collectively we are stronger together than apart. The offer will be extended to other creators and organisations who can share the digital library via their email databases, websites and social media and help raise substantial funds for themselves. We have space in the library for another 700 books so it will be a good investment for readers.
Following Small Press Day 2023 this will extend to new Comic Creators who contribute their comics to the digital library, Comic / Indie Book Shops, Comic Cons, Comic Museums, Comic Groups, Comic Publishers or Comic Media / Organisations. This is also open to international creators and groups outwith the UK.
